We can argue till the cows come home about whether this is needlessly restrictive or not, but the fact remains that employers often call the shots, and when you don&#039;t dance to their tune you can be disciplined.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Taste and ethics ought to be considered as well. Where this line gets crossed will no doubt depend on individual interpretation and circumstances.
