Having pondered this mystery for some time, I’m unable to avoid the conclusion that it is all about piety. They will go so far as to label any claim "incessant" without showing any statement regarding it that is wrong, or even arguing with the point. Conservatives favor laissez faire health care not because it makes sense medically or economically, but because it gives them a sense of moral superiority.
