As Jimmy Carter said, "Of all the so-called developing nations, Cuba has by far the best health system. And their outreach program to other countries is unequalled anywhere in the world."<br/>Their IMR is lower and their life expectancy is higher... AND…see the documentary film “Salud!”…it says so much.

Amazing, isn't it? There are still some who would ignore simple facts/statistics.<br/><br/>Throw a dart to determine where you live and what your vocation & income will be. If you land in the US, good luck if you get sick, because there is a good chance you are not insured and will not be well taken care of. Thow again, land in Cuba, and although things are not necessarily great all around, you cannot ignore that your healthcare will be better on average.<br/><br/>Why does this frighten so many Americans? Are only the wealthy writing in to keep their relatives in the industry happy? And yet, they still lead the US in almost every health statistic. Amazing, isn’t it?
