Chronic muscle pain disables many, and ravages many more. Unfortunately the focus seems to be pain relief, instead of correcting the basic problem. Even more of a puzzlement is how almost no one has beat the drums about all the problems CAUSED by chronic pain of any sort. Elimination of REM sleep,. Damage to the heart, negative immune system effects, likely effects on dopamine utilization, the possible results of drug and chemical abuse,…… There needs to be a separate reviewal into this field to ask the obvious questions, and start to deal with those answers.
