I thought the mysterious and undefinable “defensive medicine” was the primary cost driver. That’s what Kevin told me!

Do you not think that would be under outpatient services such as labs, radiology, and surgery or even inpatient services that are same? Are you that dense?

It can be anything you want. That’s the genius of it. It’s completely undefinable and unverifiable!
