		<description>they probably heard of resurfacing but can&#039;t tell you the history. Or, they only know the early development where the device was not sucessful. Some surgeons talk bad about it because they don&#039;t want to learn a new procedure. I should now, I had the bilateral resurfacing four years ago in Europe when the procedure was not fda approved in the usa.</description>
