We have a multitude of untrained contiuously changing OR staff that currently has reached a breaking point. I now can officially declare our unnamed military hospital&#039;s OR dangerous. Our nurse and tech experience levels are measured in days rathter than years and I need to have eyes in the back of my head to keep my patients out of harms way. Unfortunately, the administration and leadership are turning a blind eye to this.
