My former Congressional Rep, Vic Fazio, turned into a lobbyist for the drug firms. Sen. Feinstein's final comment was 'this is as good as we could get.'<br/><br/>Result: While I appreciate getting some help from Medicare Part D, drug costs are higher than ever. I am very cynical about getting Congress to change the law, as both parties have their thumb in the pie. I wonder why 60 Minutes is only now getting around to this story.
