OK, so $2 billion at Kaiser. Try $12 billion for the DoD EHR called AHLTA. AHLTA is a worthless EHR and probably dangerous to patients.
They paint him as a color-outside-the-lines individualist and not a team player. But those are the only people willing to step outside the group think and call the emperor naked.
