Neither the State nor the transplant team has any rights to my organs. This would be laughable if the issue were not of such gravity. The solution is to remove governmental interference when it comes to the selling of one's own organs. To look at this another way, would the transplant team give their time to performing surgery if they were not given money and instead given trinkets?
