		<description>Hmmm...very suspicious.  Where in Ontario is she from?  Looks rural.  Why contrast her story with the transexual&#039;s?  Two completely different cases...are they trying to point out that the transexual doesn&#039;t deserve the surgery?  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;BTW, there are private hospitals that Janice could have gone to if she wanted to pay out of pocket.  Who knows why she didn&#039;t.</description>
