Why didn’t they go to a different hospital??

Hmmm…very suspicious. Where in Ontario is she from? Looks rural. Why contrast her story with the transexual’s? Two completely different cases…are they trying to point out that the transexual doesn’t deserve the surgery?

BTW, there are private hospitals that Janice could have gone to if she wanted to pay out of pocket. Who knows why she didn’t.

Jeez. This shit happens all the time in the U.S. except when the patient finally gets the surgery, they have to remortgage their house.
Cautionary tale? I think not.
