Just another reason that the jury should be visually isolated from the parties involved and their lawyers. I suggest testimony be heard over a loadspeaker and read in written form in a location separate from the parties involved. This would negate courtroom theatrics, stereotyping, and make for a more fair trial.

You misunderstand anon most lawyer’s DON’T WANT A FAIR TRIAL. They want a trial to their advantage.
