(Cleaner wounds = less chance for infection.)<br/><br/>I wonder if maggots could be used to clean messy burns? I wonder if their use could cut down on kidney failure brought on by severe burns? Probably not electrical burns where there may be deep tissue damage but what about superficial burns?<br/><br/>Hum.
