OnThePharm with 3 prescription mysteries. I got the first two, the third one eludes me. Finally got the third one after viewing it from a distance. Kind of like those magic 3-D pictures.

At least these prescriptions are so bad that the correct response is clear, tell the patient that they cannot be filled.

If they were just a little bit more legible then you might be tempted to actually try to read the things and fill them as best you can guess.
