I guess disgruntled is a little overused but I am certainly tired of my company or any other thinking that the amount of pay you agree to has a built in agreement to accept poor treatment in the workplace. I know of one example out of many that stands out. It was a female rep who complained of retaliation what the company said was she was just a lousy performer which justified the retaliation. I have become tired of the behavior that has retaliation as a tool of worker compliance. What I am trying to do is lampoon the powers that be and give my co-workers and other workers information about definitions and resources that I am just coming to know about. This is a difficult enough industry without being threatened every day.
