But isn't this what all businessmen do who arrange financing? Isn't cosmetic surgery just a business that uses medical skills? Ugliness isn't a disease so it isn't really medical care.<br/><br/>Also, isn't "interest free loan" what all doctors are doing when they provide care without collecting up front?
