My first instinct is to say this is wrong in that it may entice people to have surgery they can’t afford and don’t need. But isn’t this what all businessmen do who arrange financing? Isn’t cosmetic surgery just a business that uses medical skills? Ugliness isn’t a disease so it isn’t really medical care.
Also, isn’t “interest free loan” what all doctors are doing when they provide care without collecting up front?
