I jsut want to leave some post to show that we all don’t just reply when it’s about money or lawyers. This is a beautifully told tragic story. My grandmother passed at age 65 of ALS and we took care of her at home, with the aide of a nurse and hospice team. For anyone who is in a similar unfortunante situation, please don’t forget to contact your local ALS society. They helped my family tremendously with unmeasurabel levels of support.

The story makes me realize why I went into medicine in the first place. Thanks Kevin for posting it.
