In my humble opinion it isn’t the trans (or other kinds of) fat that is the killer….it’s the sugar and refined flour, whatever it’s color or source.

What kind of idiot would believe a donut is healthy? The only good thing about a KK donut is it is only a small amount of unhealthy if you eat just one.
