I really see that as the ideological divide between Conservative and liberal. Conservatives want people to be held accountable for their irresponsible behavior and libels want to pity/excuse/"it's the best they can do".<br />I would assign a liberal to a few shifts in the ER, and a conservative to some home visits on an Indian reservaion.
