He is therefore welcome to do damn well anything he wishes with the video, including posting it for distribution on You-tube. <br/><br/>As far as what a reasonable person would do depends upon family dynamics. This family needs to get its shit together in private and stop trying to air its laundry in public. Legal means of stopping the video are not going to be successful, but will certainly create greater family rifts.
