It has worked much better than Zocor alone for me. Yes I like to keep things easy, one pill versus two. BTW I found that a rep had dropped off some Omacor samples in my cabinet the other day presumably for dry eyes but I may just have to add some if my triglycerides start rising. People can look like their fav [bad] foods. People of different reces look a little different from each other.
