Anna Nicole Smith’s doctor in hiding?

February 16, 2007

Apparently, the heat is being turned on him:

So where is the doctor? According to Access, since news broke about the methadone prescription Dr. Kapoor has been unavailable for comment. He cancelled an interview with Access and was captured with his head covered while ducking in to a van in Los Angeles yesterday. His Southern California practice offices had the curtains drawn and the doors locked as well.

TMZ does note that in an interview with People Magazine out this week, Dr. Kapoor — the doc described in the article as “Anna’s personal physician” — says that the former Playmate took “no dangerous prescription drugs during her pregnancy.”

Cue the doc: Like Access Hollywood, TMZ tried to reach Dr. Kapoor for a statement, but he quickly said “no comment” and hung up the phone.

for this man no giving any comment on why he would give a prescription to this woman of the same stuff that killed her son. is beyond me. and why would he give to her under someone elses name and not her own is a little fishy…. I think he really knows something and he knows he did wrong.. so Dr Kapoor if you read this know that probably because of you two people great people are dead… I hope you can live that… I also hope youare ready to answer to God for this… so please stop helping yourself and help Danielynn know what happened to her mother…. what are you afraid of losing your paractice or your soul….
