I see one doctor&#039;s claim that one hospital claims it is recruiting 100 more physicians than it was in 2002. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That hardly seems like anything that would support the blanket statement that tort &quot;reform&quot; cured their ills.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But hey, who needs facts?  This is politics!</description>
