They know better. They are inserviced on that procedure and then I am there for the surgeon during surgery because he has never used most of the technology that I sell. On average I will do 4 cases with him and then he is on his own. If they can't set up a room or organize trays then I might as well play golf because your wasting my time. It conflates drug reps with surgical ones- a tremendous difference to anyone who's paying attention. And for your information most of the drug reps are in fact not "babes."
