Early detection is key in treating oral cancer, and the Velscope is the absolute best detection device on the market.

Also note that oral lesions can be caused by something as simple as the abrasion of teeth against soft tissue (resulting in a thick white callous that can look pretty scary, but is benign). If a biopsy shows its benign, consult your dentist about having teeth in the area smoothed. Otherwise the lesion can quickly recur and renew concerns, despite being harmless.
