Of course the alternative....the sequalae of long term morbid obesity is much higher. How much does the coach weigh now? Unfortunately their surgeons always tell them to go to the ER if they have a problm. This patient population must try to win the Lawsuit Lottery game more then the general population. It's unfair that we have to see everyone who comes through the door, and our names can get dragged into these lawsuits although we have almost nothing to do with the patient's care.
