I could understand if we had enough providers such that providing service to rural and urban areas was a requisite for staying in business and if specialty fields such as neurosurgery had as many providers as there are auto mechanics... but we don't... instead we have Dr. 90210 stuffing saline bags into the glutes of the vainglorious while idiots such as the Governator push yet another enrich the medical providers de facto tax on businesses.
