Apparently 10 percent of referrals are men – but for more practical reasons:
“Now, more men are asking for a more rounded, firmly-shaped rear end.”Two years ago, two percent of people asking plastic surgeons about buttock augmentation were male. Now, 10 percent of inquiries are from men. The reason?
“Men are more practicable,” Dr. Mendieta says. “Many of these guys have a flat rear which does not bode well for holding up one’s pants.”

simple solution to needing surgery on your caboose=== dont pack your wallet. .lol.
there are so many suckers out there who carry everythiung they own in their wallet. what do you think drawers are for in the house!!!!!!
(yes this is a serious problem. they pack their wallet then complain of pain).
Perhaps it is just me(and it wouldn’t be the first time) but is anyone bothered by the fact that we are letting even a few of the slots allotted for the very few that we (society under the dictates of organized medicine) allow to train to become doctors of medicine be wasted on those that engage in the vainglorious practice of saline bag stuffing? I could understand if we had enough providers such that providing service to rural and urban areas was a requisite for staying in business and if specialty fields such as neurosurgery had as many providers as there are auto mechanics… but we don’t… instead we have Dr. 90210 stuffing saline bags into the glutes of the vainglorious while idiots such as the Governator push yet another enrich the medical providers de facto tax on businesses.
So — is there any medical benefit to gluteal augmentation? Is it recognized as a corrective or restorative procedure, or is it purely cosmetic?
