Oh? Is Zocar the same as Lipitor? This could save us $15 a month. We’ll check with my husband’s doctor!
No, Donna, it’s not the same. But either one can give you serious muscle side-effects. I took one of them and had muscle problems that continued for over a year after I stopped it. I later learned that the benefit was a reduction in my heart attack risk from about 3%/year to about 2%/year. I wrecked a year for 1% difference.
