How Pfizer plans to increase revenue

is it just me being cynical after all these years of working in the clinical trial industry (yes it is an industry now and not a service to prove a drugs safety and efficacy) or are companies like Pfizer and its Big Pharma ilk no longer interested in saving lives. Products like Viagra are useless in Africa and other developing nations save for their consummate ability to reduce cycle time in porno shoots
