That&#039;s a HUGE range.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;What would be MUCH more useful would be the average age of death in prison versus out of prison.</description>

		<description>Big surprise! Subtract crack cocaine and other drugs, alcohol, and violent crime - which is rampant in the inner city - and you get longer African American lifespans. Not to say none of this occurs in prison but at much much lower rates. Additonally, you also have a captive audience when it comes to healthcare screening for HTN, diabetes, etc. I am sure the compliance rates in prison are better for meds etc.</description>
