		<description>I think the most difficult aspect of the discussion of medicine is medicine and money.  Are doctor&#039;s who practice good medicine but focus on raising personal income just as good, deservable, and moral as doctors who just practice good medicine?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Are doctor&#039;s allowed to be and publically accepted to make big incomes (not $155,000 as is the median income but several hundred thousand)?</description>
