		<description>You get what you pay for.  Let&#039;s just say that Medicare isn&#039;t paying enough for a qualified surgeon to be interested.  Circumstances such as this will likely become more common as  brighter bulbs avoid medicine and fewer qualified professors are available to teach, resulting in a literal death spiral for medical care.</description>
