Kevin, I am just curious. Given that you have posted in the past how the annual physicals are useless, do you think it is perfectly fine for West Virginia plan to require them? Do you think it is fine to ask people to sign away their right to refuse medical intervention? Do you think the word “guidelines” should be replaced with “obligations”. Because this is what West Virginia plan seem to require.

You can say this is just “details”, but it is an important part of this particular plan. When you are saying “it should be universal” you seem to be agreeing with all of it.

I would really love to hear your views on this particular part of the plan.
