Classic WOO: Teachers Produce 'Pharmaceuticals'
Respectful Insolence has a classic post on the pseudoscience that is Airborne. I can't help but think that if teachers are so good at curing the common cold, why don't they try their hand at cancer?

Teachers have a very strong union and developing treatments for cancer is not in our job description. If you want us to cure cancer, bring up the subject in the next contract bargining sessions and be prepared to pay for the added responsibilities.

Well Anon 12:40, it sounds like you know what you're doing. What do'ya say we just hammer out the details right here, right now. I know negotiating 101 says never show your hand, but i'll admit that i'm willing to pay for the cure if you're sure you can produce
