He was leaving a function. He did not learn from his first mistake when he was charged with DUI, he had a chance and now he has taken a young person's life and caused serious hardship on the other passenger because he was not willing to learn from his mistake. Although whatever reprocusion that the law decides to make it still will not totally feel like justice has been served because whatever happens will not bring back there precious "Nicky" but it will bring some closure to know that he is off the street from harming anyone else. This man should be thrown in jail and his medical license should be taken from him. How can someone that is suppose to help save a life be so careless, and get away with some much wrong doing.
