In my ER, I usually hear the docs or nurses say "Thank God" or "Good Job" I talk so many people into AMA'ing the residents have to remind me it's not considered a treatment decision. Why admit someone for a CYA bullshit admission that'll cost thousands only to suck the lawyers dick when you can have them sign a form saying they'll take the stupid risk. The funny ones are those frequent flyers whi yell at you "and don't think you'll talk me into signing out AMA". I ain't leaving!! That’s not true.
