Who has gotten squeezed for profits?  Actually it has been doctors, and not customers of UNH.  Like it or not, UNH has done a lot to control the compensation of doctors by pitting them against each other for their large base of insureds. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That being said, UNH has succeeded by insuring a lot of people.
