Also increase PCP reimbursement increase office visit time per patient therefore less ER visits. also EMR with RHIOS reduces dupicate testing, less chance of medication errors, etc.<br/>3) Access: More reimbursement = more PCPs, therefore greater access for all including the elderly.<br/><br/>So Kevin, your ideas may be the very simple solution to this healthcare mess.
