		<description>Seems to me that the essential prerequisites of a successful primary care practice are: 1. the owners have business smarts and 2. they work very hard to decide what they want and then to create it. Obviously, there is more to it than that, but in the superior practices I have interacted with, the physician owners embrace and excel in the business aspects.</description>
