		<description>Not licensed, and practicing?  It seems to me that you are &quot;mean&quot; to your patients at your own peril if you skirt the rules professionals are supposed to follow. The doctor&#039;s own shadiness is her own fault.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ve never had a pap that didn&#039;t pinch, despite the constant reassurance I hear and read given in  in PSA&#039;s that the test is &quot;painless&quot;.  A little truth in advertising might prepare sensitive patients.  The hispanic community has a very high rate of pap avoidance - FWIW.  Fear and unfamiliarity with the exam, and a brusqe, shaming manner from a doctor are a combination that would make discomfort less tolerable and lead to an upset patient.</description>
