The physician is also going after the patient for his legal costs:

Behold, the countersuit.
I talked to my lawyer about this. I even contacted an attorney who does this type of thing. Impossible in Massachusetts, according to him. You have to live in a Red state, where the Politicians aren’t owned by the Lawyers.
