The difference between 70 and 75cc/hr

Often in the middle of a case I will browse a chart to read the parts about the patient that were not immediatly relevant to their anesthetic and surgery, like their ‘face sheet’ containing insurance facts, occupation, and other details.

In ten years I have seen every occupation except one that suggests they are one of the bean counters at an insurance company that subjects us and their ‘insured lives’ to this kind of crap. I don’t blame them for hiding this because they know only too well the feelings held against them.
