Wrong.
Seems reporters frequently get medical information wrong. Makes you wonder how often other news stories are inaccurate.

I’ve heard in France they do longer treatments with the thought that the more you dialyze, the healthier the patient. However, i have never heard of anything other than 4 hours three times a week in the US. (outside of research protocols I guess).

I agree, shame on the NY times (my favorite paper)
