No mention of rates of suicidal thoughts/ depression/ anxiety in teenagers without acne or with comparison on or off acne meds.<br/><br/>Overall, I think KevinMD does not do a comprehensive take on issues pertaining to psychiatry. For example, no link to Shrink Rap, and you didn't even mention (forgive me if I overlooked this) the Sunday NYTimes piece on difficulties with diagnosis in psychiatrically ill children.<br/>Just my thoughts. Not only is causality left up in the air, but from the reporting, is is not evident that acne is associated in a harmful or protective manner.
