One more reason why UnitedHealth is the most physician-hostile insurer:
The doctors originally sued all four large insurers in our area, saying they price-fixed the fees at such a low rate, some doctors were leaving town.Three of the companies, Aetna, Humana and Anthem, settled the case, agreeing to pay doctors more by hundreds of millions of dollars.
United Healthcare decided to fight. It argued that the doctors shouldn’t be allowed to sue, but instead be forced into arbitration.
Well, the Ohio Supreme Court rejected that argument in March.
And now the US Supreme Court has decided it will not hear the case, that it belongs back at the trial court level.

This country is so doomed. Attempting to appease the allopathic machine was a wrong choice from the start. There is no amount of money, societal idolatry or freedom from the responsibility for malpractice that will appease the beast. What chance does one insignificant insurance company have? Probably none. And the members will get shafted with the rate increases while the providers make off like bandits.
On a lighter note, what are these lawyer hating physicians doing by clogging up the courts with their junk lawsuits? The irony in associating with the “sodomites” is not lost.
