Hopefully that state has punitive damage caps so this poor physician’s life won’t be ruined.
And also, the medical board should suspend that whore who blew the whistle!

Punitive damage caps? They won’t protect that poor physician whose life will be ruined by the attorney who will argue such libelous statements defamed the defrauder. Then again, many physicians have a conscience and will take such risks.
