A doctor who went to school at Harvard is going to receive the same compensation from insurance and medicare as a third world foreign medical graduate.

Amt received by graduate of worst ranked medical school from medicare for appendectomy: $581.19
Oh you went to Yale medical school and have 200k in student loans? yeah still only getting $581.19

Agree with above. Anyone who pays the extra 40K to go to a private medical school even though they were accepted by their state school will be sorry later, when they are 400K in debt and want to start a family.
